Hot Melt Adhesive for AL/PE Composite Pipe(PC-3H)

Characteristic
PC-3H is polyethylene grafted with maleic anhydride and is a kind of adhesive polyethylene resin especial for AL/PE(PEX) composite pipe (overlapped welded). PC-3H can keep good resistance to chemical solvents and to weather, good processing and mechanical performance of polyethylene, at the same time, it also has fine cohesive property and can bond firmly to polyethylene and metals such as aluminum, iron, lead, etc.

Application
PC-3H is adhesive resin especial for AL/PE(PEX) composite pipe(overlapped welded). It is suitable for co-extrusion or coating processing. Suggested extrusion temperature from feeding zone to die: 180℃, 200℃, 220℃, 230℃. It can also be used as the corrosion - proof coating of steel pipe, iron pipe or lead pipe, etc.
