COUPLING AGENT FOR WPC (HAD-14A)

Characteristic
HAD-14A is HDPE (high density polyethylene) grafted with maleic anhydride and is widely used as Coupling agent in WPC (wood / plastic composite material) industry. It is a kind of grafting copolymer and contains Carboxyl or anhydride groups, which can react with Hydroxyl group of wood powder. By this reaction the polarity of wood powder can be decreased so that the wood powder is well compatible with plastic resin. So HAD-14A can improve the tensile strength & modulus of elasticity of WPC and decrease the water absorption of WPC.
