PE Hot Melt Adhesive for Composite Pipe(A2)

Characteristic

A2 is polyethylene grafted with maleic anhydride, which is a kind of adhesive polyethylene resin especial for galvanized steel pipe lined polyethylene composite pipes. It keeps good properties of polyethylene such as good chemical solvents resistance and weather resistance, good processing and mechanical performance, at the same time, it also has excellent cohesive property and can bond very firmly to polyethylene and metal such as Aluminum, steel, lead, etc.

The polarity of A2 is high, and the adhesive force is strong when it is used on lined plastic pipes. The initial bonding temperature is moderate when used, especially for high-frequency and medium-frequency composite processes.
