characteristic

1133 is a maleic anhydride grafted polyethylene which is a type of adhesive polyethylene resin used for composite pipes.  

1133 maintains excellent chemical resistance, weather resistance, excellent processing properties and mechanical properties of polyethylene.

At the same time, it has excellent bonding properties and has extremely high adhesion to metals such as polyethylene and aluminum, steel, zinc and copper.

The special adhesive resin for the composite pipe is suitable for the co-extrusion or coating process. The recommended extrusion temperatures are: 180 ° C, 200 ° C, 220 ° C, and the die 230 ° C - 260 ° C.
