Characteristics of nylon toughening agent


PC-28 is made of pure raw material imported from POE.Because of adopting the only mature process of gradual addition of masterbatch and monomer,PC-28 has the advantages of high graft conversion rate, less residual monomers, and it is not easy to discolor when used in nylon toughening process; PC-28 is a high-efficiency toughening agent for domestic high-end nylon modified products, especially for toughening systems with high requirements of cold resistance.

PC-8 is a kind of POE-based graft blend with white appearance, high grafting rate and few black spots. It is easy to be dispersed in nylon toughening process, especially suitable for toughening and reinforcing systems. PC-8 is both a toughening agent and a compatibilizer which can effectively improve the notch impact of nylon and control the decrease of tensile strength.

PC-33C is a graft of POE and polyethylene. The product has high cost performance and toughening effect is next to PC-28.


Characteristic:

PC-28 is MAH-G-Polyolefin elastomer (POE-g-MAH)，It is a high effective toughening agent of polyamide (nylon), which can greatly improve the impact strength of nylon, especially for improving the low temperature impact resistance of nylon。
