MAH-G-High-Density Polyethylene （HAD-14B）

Characteristic:

HAD-14B is maleic anhydride grafted HDPE, which is widely used as a compatibilizer in PE wood plastic industry.The main chain of the compatibilizer is polyolefin, and the grafted chain is maleic anhydride.The graft copolymers formed from polyethylene and maleic anhydride by reactive extrusion contain carboxyl or anhydride groups, which can be esterified with the hydroxyl groups in wood powder to reduce the polarity of wood powder,so that the tensile strength and the elasticity modulus of the wood-plastic product are improved, the water absorption rate of the wood-plastic product is reduced, and the strength is kept durable.The product is an improved HAD-14A with higher grafting rate and rigidity.

Application： The compatibilizer is used in the blending system of polyethylene resin and wood chip, wood powder, hemp fiber, fruit shell, rice bran, pulp, orange bar, bamboo powder and so on. The compatibilizer can be added between 2%-10%, which can improve the compatibility.

Method of use: blending granulation

Packed in paper plastic composite bags, 25kg/bag. Keep away from sun light, rain and wet.
